Holly South Series Chardonnay2021
The Holly South Series Chardonnay is from the southern Chardonnay planting in the home vineyard. First planted in 2013 this it our 5th bottling from these vines. The grapes were harvested on a beautiful autumn day by a great crew! We knew we were on to something special at that time. You will see aromas of Melon, stone fruit, biscuit and toasty oak. The palate is elegant with fine texture with a smooth finish.
