The following terms and conditions are in place to ensure we maintain a safe and fair online Matahiwi Estate website.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting changes on the website. It is the responsibility of all Matahiwi Estate customers to be familiar with the latest terms and conditions. The on-going use of the Matahiwi Estate website represents your agreement to these terms and conditions.
GUARANTEES
If you buy a product from the Matahiwi Estate website and receive a faulty product or a product different from that which you purchased, please contact us to arrange for your purchase to be returned for a full refund or credit.
PRICE
All prices published on the Matahiwi Estate website are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). A courier fee will apply of $10 to all orders less than 12 bottles. All orders over 12 bottles will be free shipping.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
All customers, will receive an order confirmation via e-mail when placing an order through the Matahiwi Estate website.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payment for purchases made through the Matahiwi Estate website via Visa and Master Card credit cards only. All charges are made in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Payment can also be made via our bank account provided.
DELIVERY POLICY
All goods are despatched by courier within 48 hours unless stated otherwise on the website for a particular product. Delivery times vary from 1-5 days subject to location throughout New Zealand. If a product ordered is out of stock, changed vintage or on back order, Matahiwi Estate will advise the customer via e-mail on receiving their order and of the expected delivery time.
RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY
Any claims against purchases from Matahiwi Estate must be made within 7 days of delivery. Prior to returning goods all customers must first contact Matahiwi Estate. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, undamaged, not used.
YOUR ACCOUNT
By registering as a user of the Matahiwi Estate website you warrant that you have provided complete, accurate and current personal or business information. Matahiwi Estate may phone or mail you to verify these details. Without limiting any other rights or remedies we may have, you agree not to permit any other person to use your details or customer information for the purchase of goods through the Matahiwi Estate website.
We may, at our discretion, monitor your use of the Matahiwi Estate website and restrict access to any content or services available.
EMAILS, NEWSLETTERS AND PRODUCT REMINDERS
Matahiwi Estate may send you emails relating to products purchased, transactions and other activities on the website, and for promoting and marketing other Matahiwi Estate products to you including new product lines or product specials on offer. Matahiwi Estate may also send regular electronic newsletters to cusotmers. Newsletters will contain clear and obvious instructions on how you can unsubscribe from the mailing list. You may also recieve a reminder that your filter/cartirdge is due for replacement. If you do not wish to recieve these reminders , please contact us to have your name deleted from our recall/reminder list.
TERMINATION
We reserve the sole discretion, without notice, to terminate your account and ability to buy product or use our website services if we believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Matahiwi Estate (and Matahiwi Estate suppliers as the case may be) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights on and in the Matahiwi Estate website (including text, content, graphics, logos, images, icons) and the software and architecture forming Matahiwi Estate product, services and the website. You may not without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means copy, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any part of the Matahiwi Estate Website; or commercialise, copy, or on-sell any information, or items obtained from any part of the Matahiwi Estate website
