This attractive, soft Pinot Noir shows red berry, dark plum and cherry flavours with fragrant fresh hay and savoury oak characters. On the palate, it is soft and round, with a hint of spicy smoky oak and a long finish.

This wine is a more Alsace style of Pinot Gris that is richer and more complex. The palate displays aromas of pear, nectarine and toasted almonds leading to a lingering dry finish.

On the nose fresh elderflower, melon and stonefruit are enhanced by smoky oak and fresh bread aromas. The palate is packed with ripe lemon, nectarine, butter and toast , underpinned with a fine mineral thread. Excellent on its own this wine is versatile with food, fresh flounder and lemongrass , or chicken puff pie being a few favourites.
