This is a special wine made by Liam, and it's basically just grapes! It comes into the winery, ferments with natural yeast from the vineyard and then does whatever it likes in barrel with no intervention then we bottle it! A true expression of the vineyard.

This attractive, soft Pinot Noir shows dark plum and cherry flavours with fragrant fresh hay and cedary oak characters.

Sourced from two great vineyards in Hawke’s Bay, this is a rich barrel fermented Chardonnay in the classic style with the accent on complexity and fruit weight.

Aromas of Melon, stone fruit, biscuit and toasty oak. The palate is elegant with fine texture with a smooth finish.
