This multi vintage blend of fortified wine barrel aged is blended for optimum complexity. Aromas of spice, orange peel and roasted nuts combine with chocolate, coffee and dried fruits on a smooth concentrated palate. Ideal any time with a cheese board or after dinner with chocolate pudding!

Made by reusing sample wine from export certification and winery testing, a truly sustainable wine, hence the name The Rising!
